What is the best way to take care of my Otaku Punk bracelet?

If ribbon bows or roses become stained: Depending on how big the stain is a damp cloth or a cotton swab with warm water and a mild soap should do the trick.

If spikes feel loose: Use a screwdriver to tighten; righty tighty lefty loosey 😉

Shipping

Get free standard shipping when your order is $25+ (U.S.) or $60+ (Canada).

Orders are shipped out 2-3 business days from your order date via USPS with tracking.

Delivery time will depend upon shipping method you choose, destination, and any potential custom delays. If your package becomes delayed or lost in transit, we will do our best to assist you in locating the package. We are not responsible for lost mail by any mail delivery service.

International Orders

At this time we only ship within the U.S. and Canada via the Otaku Punk website, but we do offer international shipping to other destinations at the Otaku Punk Etsy shop. Visit the shop here.

Customs & Import Taxes

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. This applies only to international orders.
