Overview

You have 14 business days of the order ship date to contact Otaku Punk regarding refunds and returns. If more than 14 days have elapsed since the order ship date, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Sale and discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
  • Items that have been used
  • Items shipped more than 14 days ago

To initiate your return reach out to us at admin@otakupunk.com with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Item or items to be returned
  • Reason why you would like a return

Please do not send your purchase back to Otaku Punk without contacting us first.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note it may take up to 30 days to process your refund depending on your payment method and financial institute.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@otakupunk.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are filled wrong or defective. Products that were damaged through use are not eligible. In order for an exchange to be approved you will need to provide proof of damage/defect or show what item you received wrong if the order was fulfilled incorrectly. If your request is approved we will email you a return shipping label for you to return the item in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will ship out the replacement or correct item. If we cannot provide a replacement or provide you with the correct item, we’ll provide the full value of the returned item with a refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
